About Mike Sweetman and OH Sweet Hospitality

I was born and raised in Minnesota. I fell in love with the hospitality industry at a young age working a wide range of jobs beginning with laundry at a Holiday Inn, Retail Sales, Convention Services, before settling into the Service Industry and eventually owning and operating my own restaurants for the past 21 years.

Through my 30 years in the service industry I have always been drawn to technology. I enjoy the technology aspect of the business almost as much as I enjoy the service of our guests. For many independent restauranteurs it’s difficult to maintain knowledge in the ever-changing technology field. That’s where OH Sweet Hospitality comes into play.

I will be sure to treat our clients as though you are guests at our restaurants. I want to make sure that your experience is a memorable one.
